Bush’s approval rating has now dropped to an all-time-low in Post-ABC News polls, with just 26 percent giving him positive marks for his performance

You notice that they didn’t quote the current approval ratings for the Democrat-led Congress, which the last figures I saw (Gallup in July) had them at a historic low 14% positive (and based on their performance in the last week, I would expect it to be even lower today).
