Senator McCain is 25 years older than Sen. Obama, but they are the ones engaging in school yard tactics. Now they want a do-over for the introduction of Sarah Palin after McCain’s failed time out last week.
One brilliant idea is to put her on Rush Limbaugh’s show. But Limbaugh’s show is largely comprised of those who drink the con kool-aid and an appearance there is unlikely to turn back the tide of failure her nomination has been so far. She already played pattycake with the cable version of Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and it hasn’t helped.

So she’s dead in the water according to every left-wing blogger, so what does the Obama campaign do, send their hounds to Wasilla to find just rape victim who paid for a rape kit that would appear in a campaign ad for Obama.
Nice. But unsuccessful.
Obama sought rape victim for ad
Sad.
Sad indeed, and very good for Team Obama. All the polling indicates that Palin does nothing more than excite the base. She’s anathema to remanining independents who haven’t already shifted to Obama and boosted him in the polls. She’s continual fodder for late-night talk shows. She makes “intellectual” conservatives who have any logical integrity left slap their foreheads. She makes William F. Buckley spin in his grave.
So, yes please — more Sarah Palin. Palin Palin Palin! Introducing her to America sank McCain’s numbers. Force-feeding her to America? Surely that will work!
Eh, I guess it can’t hurt.
so what does the Obama campaign do, send their hounds to Wasilla to find just rape victim who paid for a rape kit
Uh, no.
Maybe you should have someone explain the article to you. It doesn’t say that.
After today’s failed vote on the bailout Thursday’s debate will again focus on the economy. I think Palin is done for – unless she has been playing dumb. The Couric interview made her look too nervious.
Palin probably blames “spiritual warfare” for her flub addiction
“So she’s dead in the water according to every left-wing blogger,…”
Kathleen Parker is a “left-wing blogger”? She’s a conservative who wrote her “McCain should dump Palin” column in the online edition of the National Friggin’ Review.
No, the point is not to win over moderates. The point is to staunch the bleeding of right-winger support. Too many of them are finally smacking their foreheads and going, “Palin’s an idiot, and McCain is a closet liberal. Screw this, I’m staying home and getting drunk on election night.”
And just what was that again?
JEEZUS!!!
As Joe said, she was tapped to shore up the republican base. McCain is too liberal for them. She provides hope for the blind fundies.
