I do hope that McCain brings up his pledge to suspend his campaign until “this crisis is resovled.” That was some seagull management at its finest–he flew in, made a lot of noise, and crapped all over everything.

If you followed the RNC debates, McCain always tried to pigeonhole in zingers that generally fell flat.

That’s a good line, and I think Barack should emit that subtext in a subtle way. But primarily, I think he should just debate. If he tries some scripted jab and it fails, McCain’s right back up off the mat. But I think McCain will be the one flailing with scripted lines while Barack does what Barack does. Answer questions in a competent, reassuring manner.

I was just thinking. If Obama really is “The One”(as the dumbass Republicans try to claim), who is Morpheus? Tom Daschle certainly doesn’t fit the bill.

Simple. Casual. Could be inserted anywhere in the opening remarks. Everyone gets the picture without having it rubbed in.
