The leader of a statewide group of college Republicans has been forced to resign after posting racially insensitive comments about Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama on the Internet.
Adam LaDuca, 21, the former executive director of the Pennsylvania Federation of College Republicans, wrote on his Facebook page in late July that Obama has ‘a pair of lips so large he could float half of Cuba to the shores of Miami (and probably would.)’
Obama is driving these people crazy. I’m just waiting to see whose going to be the first to drop the N word. You know it’s going to happen.
That’s messed up…for a lack of better terms! At least he is consistent with his racially motivated actions. It’s sad really. Really, really sad.

How did someone that frikken stupid get into a teacher’s college? He’s not even bright enough to differentiate between big ears and making that type of comment about a person of color. Kutztown University administrators need to pay more attention about the types of people they admit and to what those people are doing as students.
Oh, and Josh Bozeman, if you do not see the racism behind the lips comment or the white bread affair at KU, then you are too stupid to own a computer. Tell your mother to take you out back to the shed and let her beat some basic humanity into your thick skull.
Some comments are worse than others. For example, calling a waitress “honey” may be taken as an antiquated, patronizing comment. Calling your own wife a trollop and a cunt in public is worse, as is a certain joke about Chelsea Clinton and Janet Reno. See the difference?

really, this young man needs a day job where his talents can be appreciated. i run a dog rescue & most of this time is spent cleanning up after the dogs or trying not to not to be attacked by them. sounds like perfect work for this di khead & i’ve got a supervisor ready. yes, he is only eight but seeing as how dickhead is about 4 in human years, it shouldn’t be an issue that his supervisor is a black child, i hope ADAM LEDUCA’s mother is just as ashamed of him as she should be. There’s a picture of a black man on the right side of the page at the top. He clearly has big lips. Actually, they’re VERY big. Is that racist? Not in any way shape or form. It’s a statement of fact about a physicaly characteristic. I think most of you are stuck in the past, unwilling to believe that the world isn’t pitted against you.

BOTH are statements of fact, but somehow saying he has large ears is okay, but it’s racist to say he has large lips, because some racists 70 years ago stereotyped the lips in particular?
