    That was an excellent speech. It was certainly miles better than McCain’s acceptance speech and had more substance than Palin’s and was delivered in a way that won’t turn off independents.

    Biden will prove to be the better attack dog by far. Not only is he allowed by his camp to speak, he’s not afraid to talk to the media about his feelings. Say what you want to about Joe not wanting to shut up, but at least his campaign has enough confidence in what he has to say to let him say it.

    What on Earth could McCain hope to gain from keeping a leash on his pit bull?
