The people in these stock photos are supplementing their income by posing for these generic pictures. The wages paid are honest. The dishonesty is that these people appear to be supporting and endorsing political candidates when their images are used in political advertisements. Wasn't the child in Clinton's 3AM ad now an adult Obama supporter? I think the same rule that applies to celebrity endorsements should apply to all individuals in political ads. The people must consent to the use of their images in political advertisements. It's called a release form.
