Good ad. The Democrats must paint McCain as promising another Bush term. It should be easy, because it is true and quoting McCain’s own words should bury him… As long as the Media doesn’t protect him.
Next I want to see one with the clip of McCain saying he doesn’t know much about the economy. Maybe follow it up, Daily Show-style, with him claiming never to have said it.
Finally an ad with teeth. Maybe more will follow. I can dream, can’t I?
I’m starting to think McCain may qualify as a maverick after all–
mav·er·ick \ˈmav-rik, ˈma-və-\ noun
Etymology: Samuel A. Maverick died 1870 American pioneer who did not brand his calves
Date: 1867
1: an unbranded range animal; especially : a motherless calf
The date makes it plausible at least.
