Media For McCain: AP Edition

Did McCain invite the entire AP staff over for barbecue? Can someone please ask the crew over there how Sen. McCain’s ass tastes? Thanks.

You’re hilarious!
By the way, AP responded to your question. They say it tastes like curry f(l)avored chicken.
When Obama wins the White House, he should shut these people out. Say something to the effect of… “This administration will treat the AP for what it is, a partisan organization. We will not give their members access to White House news briefings while they continue to show a blatant disregard for journalistic integrity.”
It must be hard as all hell to come up with something to write about mid-campaign, post-primaries and pre-convention. In other words, it must be easy as all hell to push one’s own ideology in the saggy bloated 1,200 word fillers that get filed this time of the election season. They ought to have hardcore Dems cover McCain and hardcore Repubs cover Obama.
When Obama wins the White House, he should shut these people out.
Interesting idea, but one gets the feeling he’s clinging to the naive notion that he can win over anybody. CS – what’s the chances of getting The Tragically Hip to play the inauguration? When I saw them at the Fillmore last year the Canadian guys behind us said they’re like the Beatles up there. I think it’s about time they invaded; it seems as good a venue as any.
The same people that donated to McCain sign their checks. No BBQ needed.
“Can someone please ask the crew over there how Sen. McCain’s ass tastes?”
Maximum respect for this.

Indeed. Continuing to treat liars and bullies with respect in the hopes that they will stop picking on you has never worked, despite the Democrats’ decades-long belief that it will.
Let us all just toss the AP news service into the Fox News category of only the news they feel fit to print. Great post Oliver!
Barack Obama does not need to explain his move to the center simply because that is the way politics and elections work. His point on the war has not wavered, our troops will come home and that is something John McCain is not promising for 100 years!
If you notice, JM the aka Maverick is still not talking about health care for all Americans, he isn’t talking about energy issues other than drilling the piss off of the Atlantic coast… AKA George Bush Junior.
AP is a tool that I will never use again as a source in my blog posts. NEVER!
