The Cowboys have been America’s Team for three decades. Now it seems like they’re building America’s Most Wanted’s team.
It wasn’t enough for Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to bring in Terrell Owens when Owens was considered the most selfish player in the NFL. He had to bring in serial gun nut Tank Johnson. Then this spring, he acquired cornerback Adam (nee Pacman) Jones, who has been arrested six times. Clearly, Jones is a man who believes in seventh chances.
And yet my Cowboys will have a better record than your Redskins this year. Probably by beating the Redskins both at Texas Stadium and in the Snyderplex.
That article was straight garbage!
brings to mind the ’70’s Raiders Defense. A fine group of miscreants they were—and one helluvs good team, when they got on their game
Dude, get over it. We cheer for laundry. And when we have the random chance to have some really good people worth rooting for on our teams, then that’s a bonus.
I promise we won’t care about Pacman’s record when he runs two INTs back for TD’s against the Skins.
Yes, talk trash now Cowboys fans. Talk it up.
Gosh, one more reason to hate the Dallas Cowboys. I lost count!
I’m an old Houston Oilers fan, and real Oiler fans hated the Cowboys. One of the Oiler great moments was the year they beat the Cowboys in Texas Stadium in front of a national television audience in 1979, which lead to one of coach Bum Phillip’s great quotes:
Reporter: You said before that this was just another game.
Bum: Sure I did. I lied.
Andy
Ah Andy, that was great. Bum was unique. The only sports related object I own is an autographed 8×10 of Earl. I think people spend way too much time and money on sports related activity.
Trust me, you guys know, Jerry Jones is a SMART man, he makes calculated decisions about who he wants and doesn’t. If he didn’t see something in these recent acquisitions, then they wouldn’t be in Cowboys uniforms…period.
Wow – isn’t it a bit early to talk smack about football and felons when the ubiquitous “21″ stickers are still on helmets and the burial plot is not quite grown over? I’m all for good banter (when you have a mediocre owner like Snyder whose biggest accomplishment as Skins owner in spending a whole MNF game sitting in Tom Cruise’s lap, you have to be), but that was a cheap shot, brother. People in glass houses should not fire the gatt with such impunity.
Here’s to another 7-9 Redskins season full of forgettable plays, players, and a once great rivalry trashed by a guy who can buy friends but can’t buy a football team. Thanks for cheapening the NFC East, losers. The bottom is supposed to be reserved for Philadelphia.
Washington Redskins – Xenu’s Team!
Since February 07, Cowboys players have been clean (no police blotter fodder) as most teams around NFL have had at least 1-2. Not looking for a medal here, just pointing out the basic BS of the premise of this jealous “blogger”<- that’s what HE calls himself.
You support Barak and the Redskins. Your credibility is pretty much shot after that.
Too bad your team doesn’t have enough talent to win 8 games this year.

He’s right.
Cheap shots.
2 players on a 53-man roster with criminal records…hmmm. But Sean Taylor (RIP) was an angel, right?
The Cowboys have improved a roster that already landed 13 players in the Pro Bowl, won 13 regular season games, and scored 455 points last season. Cry all you want about “7th chances”. That won’t help your cause…
this roster is like the 1993 roster with 3 crack dealers and an defensive line that liked to beat their wives. and just like 1993 this will thrive them to a superbowl victory.
