    That’s true. And we all know how much respect the President has for the Constitution, or indeed any other documents establishing a rule of law.

    Geneva Conventions? Quaint.

    Constitution? Limiting.

    If the President had declared war, he would have violated Article I of the Constitution.

    That’s right, only the Congress can declare war.

    So Bush invaded a sovereign nation without the Constitutionally required declaration.
