On what grounds would they have arrested Myers?

As some of his commenters suggest, it was time for Myers to whip out the cellphone and video this, and it was time for Myers to express his civil disobedience and get arrested.

I think technically if he had refused to leave they might have got him on obstruction or making a scene or something else ridiculous, like just not doing what the cops are told to want to do with him. Its been said before, but for all the garbage Michael Moore catches, at least he puts himself out there to catch it. Stein/Mathis are such utter chickenshits they have to put their own propaganda under draconian lockdown lest it fall into the hands of *gasp* People Who Are Actually In The Fucking Film! Can you imagine the scandal?!?

I understand Dawkins managed to hold his own reasonably well when he “intruded” into the Q&A portion after the film, and I’m looking forward to his own report of the event, even though he’s a naughty naughty evil nasty mean stupid dummy dummy poopoo headed “angry atheist” as our illustrious host is wont to refer to him (and I’m still seriously hoping “Infuriated Infidel” catches on in its stead).

On what grounds would they have arrested Myers?

I don’t think they could have unless he made a scene. Then they could have nabbed him for trespassing or whathaveyou.
I think Keith Olberman would enjoy this for Worst Persons.
