While I am very much not a supporter of McCain, I can see nothing wrong with this. Americans overseas have a stake in the election, and a right to contribute. If this helps turn out more funding for McCain with a personal appearance, well that's fine. I wouldn't get all upset if HRC or Obama were to go to Franfurt and hold an event off-base, there are many Americans that live there. Restrict Representatives to residents of their districts, Senators to residents of their states.
