Surge Forever
Tweet
The GOP newthink department, led by John McCain, called it a “surge” when the rest of us said what it was – an escalation. And like the escalation of the Vietnam war, the troops ain’t coming home. But remember, miffed by the poor reception to his promise of keeping the Iraq War going for 100 years, McCain is now saying the war will end soon.
Why should we start believing these people now?

I stopped believing those people around 7 years ago. I don’t trust them to tell me what time it is.
