I’m glad to see some Democratic willingness to use soundbytes against Republicans. “100 years” in Iraq looks like 2008′s “I voted against it before I voted for it.”
But how many years in Iran under a President McCranky?
Also, Iraq may experience a sharp rise in violence soon. It seems Muqtada Al Sadr may cancel his cease fire effective Saturday. Then his militias will hit the streets again. Oddly, his cease fire coincided with the Surge and may have contributed more to the reduction of violence.
I’m not a betting man, but if I had to guess whether Iraq was going to get worse or get better, I think the safe bet is worse, sad to say. Same as the economy.
Also, that’s one year for every year since John McCain began collecting Social Security!
Out of Germany now!!!!!!!!!
I agree with ferris! Considering all the suicide attacks on soldiers in Germany and the hundreds of billions of dollars we spend on stabilizing that country- oh wait, ferris is just farting again.
If Grandpa McCain gets his way, ferris’ sons, grandsons, and great grandsons can avoid military service in Iraq (while cheering the war) just like ferris does.
Funny you should say that Farris, it was the Bush administration that was going to take us out of Germany as punishment for not following us blindly into Iraq.
Good point, Farris. We need to stay in Iraq just like we need to stay in Germany to…um…to…keep the…um…Swiss? in line?
What was your point?
