Unfortunately the name of a bill can be quite misleading. Not saying Obama is a corporate shill or not. Just noting that the “Clear Skies Act of 2003″ (to choose just one example) would actually have allowed more pollutants into the air.

Brief descriptions of what the bills would do (as for the last few in the list) are more helpful than just the names, which are often chosen for marketing reasons rather than and desire for clarity.
