This way the leader of the nation will have to deal with question period every week. You would never have a situation where your government could control the message as much as Bush did. In fact, since the leader has to be elected, and would have survive the parliamentary system to being with, you would never had Bush at all. (Keep your elected Senate, on the other hand.) I saw him on the news giving some kind of stump speech in Florida and he was all hunched over, moving around stiff as a board, and he was barking out all of these disjointed cliches and he looked really confused while he was doing this. Can you see him in a debate with either Hillary or Obama? He'll get destroyed. He really is at his retirement age. He isn't fit for high office any longer. They may be able to hide him in the Senate, but out in the spotlight he looks about as virile as Senator Byrd. McCain looks like death warmed over.
