Hewitting In Overdrive

Desperation. You’re soaking in it!
The question is whether voters in Michigan generally care that Senator McCain is CAFE-happy.
Will someone please ask John McCain if he thinks McCain-Feingold was a good idea?
The first thing to note is that even with Iowa’s and New Hampshire’s Independents added in, Romney has won more votes in Iowa and New Hampshire combined than McCain, and almost certainly significantly more Republican votes.
In other news, I think the Redskins will shrug off their first-round loss to the Seahawks and surge to the Superbowl this year.

As I’ve written 10,000 times, Mitt Romney is one of the GOPers who scare me the least. The guy has no core, he’s what the right has always accused President Clinton of being: a poll-tested pander bear. Even the conservative base sees this and that’s why they’ve kicked his ass in two straight primary matchups.
John McCain is the only Republican with an unlikely chance at winning this fall. Next to Giuliani, either Romney or Huckabee is who I’d like to see as the nominee so he can be ripped apart. Romney can’t win over the morons in the GOP base, why the hell would he scare me?

And let’s not forget the flippy-floppy on everything.
