In Gallup’s national polling, Sen. Clinton and Sen. Obama are tied at 33%.That’s an 18 point drop since December for Sen. Clinton. That doesn’t bode well I think for what appears to be the new Giuliani-style strategy: waiting for the Feb. 5th primaries.
