WIN… AND THEY’RE IN!!!!!

ADRIAN PETERSON? WHO DAT?
WE WANT DALLAS!
HAIL!!!
ALSO: I think Joe Gibbs at least muffled the haters with his challenge of too many men on field after the Skins hurried the snap behind a questionable catch. That was the boot on the throat of the Vikings.
Forget Hillary, Barack and John. GIBBS FOR PRESIDENT!

It’ll be quite a game against my boys considering we don’t care if we win.
WTF – we actually have a chance after a terrible season like this? That was my reaction two weeks ago. Dallas might not use their starters next week and with TO’s injury we have a good chance next week. Anyone going to the game?
Sorry, but it’s not gonna happen.
The only way that the Redskins win is if Jessica Simpson shows up to the stadium, and even SHE is not that stupid.
So, let’s assume Todd Collins plays another superb game and we beat Dallas and make the playoffs.
What is Gibbs going to do if Jason Campbell is healthy enough to start in the playoffs? I would stick with Collins’ hot hand myself, but I think Gibbs will go with Campbell since Collins is still considered the backup.
Since the Cowboys won’t play their starters beyond the first quarter, a win for the Skins is certain. The Cowboys went 13-3 and won the Superbowl when this scenario came up before.
If I was Gibbs, stick with Collins till he goes cold.
I think you stick with Collins if only because Campbell is not going to be 100%. Of the two he is clearly the better QB and while Collins is more familiar with the system, he does not have the arm Campbell does. If the Skins pile up early like they did vs. the Vikings that arm strength isn’t as much of an issue, but if they need to come from behind Collins’ relatively weak arm will not produce the deep passing you’d need.
I don’t care if Dallas sits their starters or not, there is no way a game this important versus Dallas can ever be counted as a “gimme”. Jerry Jones does not want the Redskins getting into the playoffs on the back of his team. I’m just glad this game is being played at Fedex with a crowd that will be INSANE with their support.
HAIL!
