Welcome to planet fruitcake. Makes the rhetoric of people like Dennis Kucinich and the like seem like calm and moderate by comparison. I wonder if the few liberals who support him realize how nutty the idea of ending the income tax system is, as well as Paul’s shrug in response to the lost revenue.

More disconcerting, I think, is Paul’s dismissal of the threat posed by radical Islamic jihadists. No matter how one feels about the war in Iraq or the current administration’s handling of the struggle with terrorism, Paul’s isolationism is irresponsible.
