MSNBC has been pushing their edge on political coverage for months now, so how do they explain ditching the Democratic debate in favor of wall-to-wall coverage of the MLB steroid story?

Number 3, because they don’t really try that hard.

    They won’t explain it, but the answer is simple–the Mitchell report is sexier.

    This is what happens when you allow your news to become entertainment.

    Considering this was the 859,304,293th Democratic debate, it was not hard to see why it was bumped in favor of the Mitchell report.

    And the Mitchell report IS news.
