And secondly, your accusation that Oliver is “shooting the messenger” is funny, when you consider that the thrust of Morrissey’s post is that Mansoor Ijaz cannot be trusted to report the facts because he’s supported the Clintons in the past.

Ed offered some hefty evidence that the guy who apparently had a one-on-one chat with Mitt Romney at a fundraiser has not only never given one penny to Romney, but has a lengthy history of donating to Democrats and was involved in Bill Clinton’s 1996 re-election campaign. The idea that such a guy might have a smidgen of an interest in discrediting Romney is so remote to you, that you won’t even look at the proof?
