They have no morals, no values, no desires above power. If Romney can win Iowa, he will see a bounce in the polls. If he wins Iowa and New Hampshire, he will become the favorite, even in places like South Carolina. The only one who can beat him nationally is Giuliani, and he's big selling point is his ability to beat Clinton. However, if he can't win at least one early state, there will be a lot of talk that he can't beat Clinton either. Republicans admire power above all else.
