Why should they, with the regimes we've propped up in Iran, Saudi Arabia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Cuba, Nicaragua, Chile, Indonesia ... the list is long. Fidel Castro, the only guy on your list who actually is a dictator (the other two hold power -- and not much for Ahmadinejad -- legimitately through elections), is a Cub Scout compared the other guys we've propped up in the same region.
