Newt Gingrich, the former speaker whose actions led to a government shutdown and who resigned in disgrace and was later revealed to be an adulterous hypocrite is calling up Sean Hannity to let him know what percentage he thinks is the likelihood of Sen. Clinton being the Democratic nominee.
