Worst president ever:

9/18/01: “President Signs Authorization for Use of Military Force bill” (Afghanistan)

10/16/02: “Today I have signed into law H.J. Res. 114, a resolution “To authorize the use of United States Armed Forces against Iraq.”"

OR…

12/8/1941: “I ask that the Congress declare that since the unprovoked and dastardly attack by Japan on Sunday, December 7th, 1941, a state of war has existed between the United States and the Japanese Empire.”

    This is something that continues to puzzle me. If a President starts a pre-emptive war based on mis-information can he claim war powers when the results worsen the situation?

    The answer so far seems to be yes. How can this be with the immense liberal media bias we always hear about?
