She's a powerful DEMOCRAT. They vilify her the way they vilify her husband, Nancy Pelosi, et al. It's nothing but the "D" next to her name. That's the only consistent reasoning I can think of. And it will probably work. If Republicans win, they will not be able to run from the past 8 years. If they lose, they will do an amazing job of blaming the last 8 years on Hillary/Obama/Edwards.
