The more they spew their deranged venom at her, the better she looks in comparison. Also, it seems like all of the Republican players are fatally flawed in some way.
Giuliani can’t win cause a third of his supporters still don’t know he’s pro-life.
Romney can’t win cause he’s a Mormon and the Republican base thinks the Church of the LDS is a cult.
Thompson can’t win cause he looks like he’s dying of cancer.
McCain can’t win cause he’s pissed on the based too many times.
Huckabee can’t win cause businesses don’t like him so he won’t have the cash. Plus he thinks the world is only 6000 years old.
Paul can’t win cause we are not in Bizarro World.
The only thing I’m worried about is the GOTV or maybe some dirty tactic.
I can’t count the great number of times I have read the sentiment on some conservative blog that Bush must be doing a good job because the liberals hate him so. Does it have to be said that this attitude on the part of many Republicans is one of the things that has lead to the disaster of the last 7 years? And now there appear to be many Democrats who are happy to embrace the same feeling, just in the opposite direction. Great, we are going to correct the errors of these Republicans by repeating the same mistakes ourselves. What can go wrong with that plan?
Democratic hate for Bush has roots in rationality (Iraq, Katrina, 9/11, etc.). The Republicans hate HRC because her name is Hillary Clinton.
“The Republicans hate HRC because her name is Hillary Clinton.”
And many think she killed Vince Foster, or is secretly a lesbian, she and Bill have connections with drug smugglers, etc.
She is significantly less liberal than Edwards or Obama, but Republicans consider her the most extreme of the three.
They are completely irrational when it comes to Hillary and this is helping her campaign.
