I don't see that as a weakness. It further marginalizes the opposition.

We tried this right after 9/11. Look how well that turned out.

There's no significant difference. Theres tons of rhetorical differences, but look at the record of the top 3 Dems - not much daylight.

I'm not anointing Sen. Clinton the nominee, but there's clearly a world of difference between how organized and ready her campaign is versus Howard Dean.

I want the Dem candidate to be the sort of person with the killer instinct to kill the GOP. The only person I see with that X factor right now is Sen. Clinton.

there's not a huge difference between them anyways.

Sure there is.
Hillary=corporate and PAC shill. Lieberman Lite.
Barack=not.

I said this months ago that Obama's campaign will continue to gain momentum as more people are turned off of Hillary's conservativeness. This early on in 2000, Howard Dean was a shoe-in.

Where Obama fails is he has a well-intentioned message of unity.

I don't see that as a weakness. It further marginalizes the opposition.

I dunno what that's got to do with anything. On issues I'm probably more in Obama's camp than Hillary though there's not a huge difference between them anyways. Where Obama fails is he has a well-intentioned message of unity. But the opposition is a bunch of crazy people.

Oh please OW, when it comes to the issues that most matter to voters, Barack has proven to be much more liberal than Hillary. Thus, the only problem with Barack's "message" is that he's not white and his last name isn't "Clinton".
