But its not only lazy journalism, these stories are used to create a media narrative and to suppress real discussion of issues that affect our lives. It's easy to do stuff like this instead of delving into a real issue, doing your due diligence, organizing and analyzing facts, creating a point, backing up that point, etc. That, and it keeps Limbaugh and his dittoholes off your case.
