Log Cabin Republican Ad On Mitt Romney
Almost makes me want to vote for him. Republican primary voters? Not so much.

I would donate money to get this ad on the air.
They’re gay Republicans, CS. They don’t need money to get this on the air.
Hilarious! And may I say with complete sincerity that I truly believe flip-floppity Mitt is the best shot the GOP has at keeping the presidency, and that they are fools to shut him out. Smarter than Thompson or Giuliani, with a better governing record, he’s at least as good or better speaker, and with practically unlimited funds. I think he’d do pretty well in a general election. Is the Mormonism really such a drawback for these psychotic primary voters? I guess that’s what the GOP gets for becoming the party of Southern conservatives — alienation from the rest of the country.
Soooo…I don’t get it. Are they for or against? ‘Cuz you could read it both ways.
I do think it should b in heavy rotation, especially in the Red states, tho’.
How old is this ad? Romney has already flipped every one of these positions to line up with the religious right.
I guess the Log Cabin is worried Romney will win. This recording of his pro-choice stance is nothing new; Romney has clearly stated he was pro-choice until a few years ago. May be Giuliani and his liberal followers are getting worried about Romney leading in 5 out of 7 January primary states.
I can’t imagine the Republican Party nominating Giuliani for the Presidential race. It would seal the deal on Hillary winning the general election. The choice for President would be between two liberals from New York. Why would people vote for a democrat in republican clothes; when they can vote for Hillary the real democrat?
This would open up the door for an independent to run for President, which would further divide the Republican Party. It looks like this is all playing into hands of Hillary.
Pretty comical. But you know, there are three Republican candidates with a realistic shot (Romney, Giuliani, Thompson), and three Democrats (Clinton, Obama, Edwards). Whichever one of them wins, it will be a infinite improvement over the sick parody of a president that we have now.
That’s why I’m bullish on America!
I don’t know that Thompson would be an improvement, Wilbur. And I feel certain Giuliani would be much worse, an unmitigated disaster for America.
