(2) Doesn't apply to the ubiquitous Home versions the average Joe has to use (hint- buy your computers off the Business side from Dell, you can still buy XP preinstalled) (3) To utilize, you call Microsoft's License Activation Service phone # with your qualifying Vista key and they will give you an XP key. You're on your own to find a copy of the XP installation media (and a compatible version.. if you have an OEM Vista key, you get an OEM XP key) (1) It’s not a software tool, it’s just a new policy.
