<description>I've actually had very little problems with Vista (I have Vista Ultimate) and while my PC can dual boot to either OS, I've found that I am booting into Vista much more than XP and the Media Center interface it uses with the Xbox 360 is better than my XP Media Center interface.

		<description>(1) It's not a software tool, it's just a new policy.

(2) Doesn't apply to the ubiquitous Home versions the average Joe has to use (hint- buy your computers off the Business side from Dell, you can still buy XP preinstalled)

(3) To utilize, you call Microsoft's License Activation Service phone # with your qualifying Vista key and they will give you an XP key. You're on your own to find a copy of the XP installation media (and a compatible version.. if you have an OEM Vista key, you get an OEM XP key)
