MSNBC’s David Shuster absolutely nails Republican congresswoman Marsha Blackburn here by simply asking her if she’s so upset about MoveOn’s ad on David Petraeus, why can’t she name the last soldier who died in Iraq from her own district (Tennessee’s 7th congressional district). Proof once again that all these people do is whip up phony outrage while pissing all over our country.
His name was Private Jeremy S. Bohannon.
MSNBC should definately dump fTucker and give Shuster the 6:00 PM time slot. All of Olbermann’s large audience would most likely transfer to that slot and MSNBC will then have two ratings dynamos (or “Juggernaut bitches”).
Americans are tired of all the lies and right wing bullshit that seeps out of the cable news sewers, led by Fox “News” of course. Shuster cuts right through the crap and delivers the truth. And what makes this even better is that Shuster is an escapee from the Fox “News” cesspool. He quit Fox “News” because they wouldn’t allow him to do serious investigative reporting (read “thou shall not criticize Repubs and the Chimperor”).
David Shuster is a member of the media? Really? Cause it’s been a long damn time since I’ve seen one of those ask real questions like that.
At least it’s been a long time since I’ve seen an American member of the media ask tough questions like that.
Ouch! That’s going to leave a mark, innit?
Maybe he’s a comedian. You can usually only rely on them to ask questions like these.
They should have been doing this before we invaded Iraq, instead of focusing on 9/11 and WMD. The ice has really been breaking on war protest over the last year, and now it’s feeding time for the hypocritical media. Nearly 4000 soldiers later, and the media is still stuck on ratings instead of actual news.
PWNED, JUST PWNED!!
” All your base are belong to us…”
Blackburn is going to show some skidmarks for weeks where Shuster ran her over.
I love the guy! He is head and shoulders WAY more entertaining than the pantload Carlson.
Oops…
I’m sure this will be corrected as soon as Oliver updates his Beauchamp article.
