Within the 25-54 demographic, Olbermann came within 19k of Bill O’Reilly. Ten years ago Larry King looked untouchable to the upstart Bill O’Reilly. Things change.

    If by 19,000 you mean 100,000, then you’re absolutely right.

    As noted in the comments on that post, those #s do not include DVR. When you include DVR, the spread is 19,000 in favor of BillO, not 90-100k.

    Couple other stats to note:

    BillO absolutely crushes–I mean we’re talking 86 Bears against the 76 Bucs crushes–Olbermann amongst 72-99 year old crochety geezers.

    Olbermann has a sizeable lead over BillO amongst people who can think and speak in complete sentences.

    The average Bill O’Reilly audience member has a better chance of dying in the next 12 months, so I think it is just natural that his ratings are dropping.

    Also, Tucker and Beck are getting their asses handed to them. Why are they still on the air?

    Hey, I was actually wondering what the point of calling her by her maiden name, “Magalang” is? I’m sure she’s aware of it, so I don’t see much point in doing so, unless of course, you just want to be mean to a minority that doesn’t agree with you and feel the need to remind her that she’s in fact oppressed by crackers and should be voting democrat.

    Actually this is because she made a big stink in 2004 about Teresa Heinz Kerry and her choice of a maiden name. On a personal note, I don’t vote for political parties that pander to racists.
