Instapundit highlights a story about new glass in a store window as sign of progress in Iraq. Really. I guess glass in store windows is the 2007 version of schools being open and painted. The hucksters never learn.

    I suppose it doesn’t occur to them how insanely fucked up Iraq would have to be for new glass to be hailed as a sign of progress. Which is odd because according to them, things have been going great for about five years in a row now.
