We are talking about the Bush/Cheney Junta here. Remember how they seized power? For them, there is no such thing as "U.S. law." What's more, the corporate press/media will not report on the propaganda campaign. They will, instead, gleefully join in the propaganda campaign. The Democrats will, of course, do nothing to disrupt or contradict the propaganda campaign. In fact, "some Democrats" will also gleefully join it.
