Actual Journalism Sighted

MSNBC compares failing non-candidate Fred Thompson’s propaganda in favor of the Bush economy versus the record of the Clinton economy and most importantly how both economies are seen by the American people. The reporter looked at a politician’s claim, then checked the underlying data and reported the results.

This is now extraordinary enough to note in America. Sad.

Actually, what this does is show how ignorant a good deal of the American people are. 68% believe we’re in a recession? Sheesh.

The funny thing is, when people are polled about their own financial situation, the majority say they’re doing fine. They just believe for some reason (gee I wonder what that is?) that everybody else is about ready to head to the poorhouse.

You shouldn’t talk to anyone about ignorance, Jay.

Oh, and this reporter, he’ll be beaten into submission by the rest of his colleagues very soon.

  3. “68% believe we’re in a recession? Sheesh.”

Shit, my mistake. I actually trusted you. The full quote is…

“68% of respondents say the country is in an economic recession — or will be in the next 12 months.”

Jay, you are a fucking liar and should never be trusted to report the facts honestly.

Nevermind that, what’s the latest on Lindsay Lohan? ;-)
