OMG. OMG. OMG. IT’S ALMOST HERE. OMG. I MISSED YOU SO MUCH. OMG.

Behind the pearly whites of Redskins QB Jason Campbell lies the keys to the success or failure of an entire team and the psychological well-being of the DC Metro Area.

You know, I really feel sorry for you. I’m a big NFL fan myself. It’s just a shame that you’re from the DC area and grew up with the Redskins. Your love for the team is cute in a Lucy and the football kind of way.
Look, the skins are going to S-U-C-K until Schneider either sells the team or becomes a much more hands off owner. Ok until Schneider sells the team. Sorry man.
Look on the bright side, at least you’re not a Knicks fann.
Yes, living through those three Superbowls (three more than more than half of league) was really hell. And his name is Snyder.
“…the keys to the success or failure of an entire team and the psychological well-being of the DC Metro Area.”
Yep. No pressure there.
Quite right about the spelling. Snyder. My bad.
But, uh, didn’t he buy the team in 1999? If I’m not mistaken, the team has gone 54-58 with only two playoff appearances since he bought it.
Look, nothing against the Redskins personally. They’ve got some good players, and Gibbs is a living legend. It’s just that Snyder is a terrible owner that needs to learn that he’s not, in fact, a player scout, GM or head coach. It’s not your fault that a team with a great football tradition was bought by a douche, but there you go.
It’s just gonna be a shame when the Cowboys wipe the floor with you guys this year… again.
How tall is Danny Stern again?

What happened the last time the Redskins played the Cowboys?
Oh, well then.
Look, I don’t make excuses for the Skins, and I think Dan Snyder has made some dumb decisions, but the Skins have a history 90% of the NFL would die for, and Snyder at least wants to win – which is more than I can say for a lot of owners who don’t mind seeing the money come in for a losing team. The Skins played horribly last season, but the year before they made the playoffs and went to the second round.
Have the Skins gone and found a general manager yet? They really, really, need to separate GM and Heat Coach again. The ‘Skins were at their best when Gibbs and Beatherd (IIRC) were at loggerheads with each other and Jack Kent Cooke occasionally played ref.

Lucky for me, being a Cowboys fan, I belong to the fanbase of a team in that remaining 10%.
Just some good natured jesting. And, yes, Daniel Stern is the kind of owner that many in the league would want because he wants to win. He just has NO skins (pun intended) on the wall. As a Dallas sports fan, I’m familiar with that kind of owner.
