<description>I could never sit and read a book like that straight through. Too busy...

I finished it at 11.05 this morning, five days and about a half-hour after I started. Roughly the same amount of time it took to read "Sorceror's Stone." I was actually walking the streets taking in the last 50 or so pages (I'm a courier), and yes, I did get a little misty-eyed at the end of the last Hogwarts chapter.

The bit near the end with Molly Weasley is what wrestling fans would call a "mark-out moment." If you finished the book you'll know what I mean.

"Hallows" is my favorite of the series, and will likely be one of my all-time faves. Thank you, Ms. Rowling!!

<description>The book was outstanding. Answers all the question. Ties up all the loose ends.

Tragic as hell though. I got emotional several times ("it's just a book, these people aren't real, it's just a book..)

I give it a 9.5 out of 10 and it's the second best book after Order of the Phoenix.

<description>Well, Voldemort wins, but is stopped by Uncle Vernon, the greatest wizard of them all. Harry dies on page 103 from shock that Voldemort was his mother and Dennis Creevey was his father. Bella LeStrange and Justin Finch-Fletchley join with Vernon Dursley as he saves the world to prove that the late Harry, Ron (died in the Table of Contents), Hermione (died on page 42) and Neville (didn't actually die, but just didn't show up in the book after Chapter 6, so we'll assume the worst) were just a group of pikers.

Just kidding, of course. Great book (it took me about six-and-a-half hours straight through), though the epilogue did nothing more than scratch the surface. Really, there will be more interesting fan fiction than that one.

<description>Ollivander, it will be more than worth the two days' extra wait. I got it mid-morning Saturday, and despite being rather busy since then I've managed to get past the halfway mark.

This book has so far been a non-stop adrenalin rush! If Potter was born in a world of shit, he's now graduated to an entire universe made of the same stuff. It comes down to Potter, Grainger and R. Weasley hanging tough - the ultimate buddy adventure.

<description>I'm thinking that your mistake was ordering online instead of going to the midnight sale-a-brations in the real world. I made the same mistake, but happened to see some of the local fun on my way home from a fantastic Lyle Lovitt and k.d.lang concert in Woodinville (near Seattle).
