		<description>I work for a small, locally-owned ISP.  As obnoxious as spam is to receive, it&#039;s absolutely awful to deal with on the server side.  We have literally had our network completely taken down by waves of spam on multiple occasions.

$15000 a week?  It&#039;d sure be nice to see some of that money given to guys like me who&#039;ve had to put out the fires started by assholes like him.
