    According to Imperial Life in the Emerald City, there were a significant number of Iraqi employees working in the Green Zone who were begging to be given housing there. So this article might be referring to Iraqis that didn’t even have the option of a trailer, and who had to pass through dangerous checkpoints each day. Still, not encouraging.
