Don’t Do Idle Threats

If Rahm Emanuel is going to push to defund Cheney’s office for him obstructing justice, then do it — but don’t just send out a trial balloon. Do it or shut up, because the reason the Dems in congress are sucking is because they’ve been too much talk not enough action so far.

    Amen, bro. Rahm and the boys (and girls) need to think seriously about what they want to do, then do it, and not worry about the Post, the Times, the Journal,Gazette or any other media mogrel’s despair and rending of garments because of their course of action. Do it, Dems, or just go beg at the table of the Repubs for table scraps.

    Well, if the Dems set up a shadow government that they feel is above the law and not accountable to any sort of oversight in 2,4, or 6 years, then they’ll have to pay up.
    I’d take that chance.

    How do you explain why liberals are mad at Spkr Pelosi for “taking impeachment off the table” to win in 2006?
