Didn’t say Clinton did not lie. Said he did not commit perjury. I think he lied, but since I don’t know his thoughts or motives and since there is no legal finding, I can’t state it as fact.

And OW, give it up. Illegal documents are illegal – from day one. Fess up. You shot from the hip and blew this one. Given you also blew the Politico story, I think you need a vacation.

Lying is the intent to deceive, having plausible deniability does not change your intent. Newt lied.

By the way, weren’t a couple of the hijackers given visa extensions after 9/11? They were a.) known terrorists, and b.) dead, but the government still gave them extensions. It seems border security needs more than a fence to be fixed.
