Is Oliver talking out of his … before all the facts are in? Sure looks that way. Somebody owes The Politico an apology. That somebody is Oliver.
Hell. Even looks like Harry Reid is repeating Republican talking points about his own remarks.
I was wondering why the liberals weren’t posting to this entry. It’s because what the Politico reported is 100% TRUE.
Of course the people Reid was talking to, don’t remember him saying it. He was simply speaking their effed language and it didn’t seem out of sorts.
Yeah, turns out the Politico was factually right about this thing which doesn’t matter.* That doesn’t mean they weren’t pumping up the talking points. I mean, the sneer is right there in the initial screenshot.
*unless there’s some new law I haven’t heard about which says the Joint Chiefs of Staff are exempt from any and all criticism from anyone (except Jesus El Savior Bush presumably)
