Rudy Giuliani’s Bowl Of Mush
Tweet
This is the clear sort of leadership we can expect from Rudy Giulani, the Republican frontrunner:
“Iraq may get better; Iraq may get worse. We may be successful in Iraq; we may not be. I don’t know the answer to that. That’s in the hands of other people.”

So Giuliani is honest and admits that he can’t predict the future and know what will happen in Iraq and you consider that to be a lack of leadership? Quite the contrary (and refreshingly so given the last 15 years) I would say.
Hold the phone. If John Kerry had said this you would have called him a wimpy waffler with no clear vision for Iraq. Give me a break, Hedley.
LoL, head so far up your ass you see light at the other end, Hedley?
Spider, no. Kerry would have said ‘X’ will definitely happen; then change his mind and say ‘Y’ will happen. I like it when a politician is honest. We all know that nobody really knows what will happen in Iraq.
“Kerry would have said ‘X’ will definitely happen; then change his mind and say ‘Y’ will happen.”
Kerry never did this. Bush, on the other hand…
Dugger’s still hopeful that the invasion will pay for itself …
The following things are *also* in the hands of others:
- Abortion
- Stem cell research
- Budget considerations
- Crime
- Poverty
- Border security
- Education
Vote for me! I’m honest!
I am not really sure this is waffling. What I know for sure is that Rudy is going around the country telling Americans how necessary and important the War in Iraq is while honestly admitting that he has no idea whether we’ll be successful. I also like how he lays the responsibility on other people. Is that the kind of president we can expect with Rudy?
Nice leadership, Mr. Authentic.
Could I please run the campaign for whoever the Democratic nominee is?
Shorter entire GOP candidates:
I have no fucking idea.
