In 2006, the Republicans based their entire congressional campaign on the threat of Nancy Pelosi (Sean Hannity said preventing her from becoming Speaker was a cause worth dying for). They lost in historic fashion.
So of course in 2008, they’re basing their entire campaign on… Nancy Pelosi.
Keep it up guys, you’ve all done very well.
