Now, it's the president's fault? We will see if Obama can save us from ourselves. I have spoken with people making over $60,000 saying they believe that Obama is going to bail them out of the debt they cannot handle anymore. what? I thought we were to budget our money and only buy what we can pay for. Then I was stunned when they said most of the people who got in the balloon payment trouble didn't understand it. Wait, who would sign papers on something they don't understand? Considering the number of foreclosures, that premise makes it look as though the majority of homeowners are stupid. If that's the truth, we are doomed! There was always a question about Reagan's competency, especially in his second term, but at least when the cameras came on, he was clear, articulate and passionate. It would be interesting if Les Moonves (or any other TV News Mogul) would be as candid about their support and/or biases. Though twisting it into "designed to be nice to Bush and other Republicans" is a bit of a stretch. How about "increasing the dialog into more than just one point of view?"
