The room was energized by his speech and half the delegates left with a Romney yard sign.

Doesn't necessarily mean he got the votes.

diplomatic issues and help our president.

Debbie, you're barking in the wrong yard. Enabling the President is what I think you mean, like the dry drunk he is. Also not very Presidential.

Mitt Romney is the next President of the United States. Just you wait!

btw, if you had opened your eyes - literally - (LOL!) you would have seen that.

Hmmm.. Thinkcondi.net

Every time I "Thïnk Condi" I think about the "magnificent" job she did of stonewalling and evading legitimate questions from Congress about her role in selling the Iraq war. I can still remember the crowing and elation from the Right Wingnuts that "They never laid a glove on her!!"

I guess she does have "Helping her President" as a priority ... But I would not call that a trait that makes a candidate electable.

She'll be facing a Congressional subpoena sooner rather than later, then we'll see where her career goes.

Have you seen the results from the Clarendon County Republican straw poll?

McCain 28%
Newt 21%
Condi 14%
Romney 14%
Thompson14%
Rudy 7%
Brownback--
Tancredo--
Huckabee--

Our group is www.thinkcondi.net and one of our representatives flew from Chicago to speak at this event.
Another member went to the Oklahoma state convention and was interviewed by the media as well.

60% of the GOP wants more choices for 2008....the field has no clear winner and that means Condi Rice can enter later as well. She is high in the polls when her name is included, (which makes some of these guys whine since they are working hard to win the votes while Condi is working hard to take care of diplomatic issues and help our president.

I was there and there was no vote buying. I was recruited by his campaign to attend and I paid my own way.

Had you been there, you would have come to the same conclusion. The room was energized by his speech and half the delegates left with a Romney yard sign.
