I don’t know any background on this but from the quote you provided, it seems like she was more referring to the murderer attribute of Simpson when she said “You are not welcome here; you are not welcome in our country; you are not welcome in our culture”, because, you know, murder is something frowned upon in our culture.

With O-Dub, it’s ALL about race. Don’t like what someone’s said or done? Well if that person is anything other than caucasian AND you’re a conservative, that makes you a racist. Now if you’re a “progressive”, it’s OK, because you’re just speaking “truth to power” or something.

But remember, if you’re a conservative O-Dub will automatically upgrade you to “racist” status at no extra charge. Regardless of what you say or do. Because, you know, conservatives are racist. Because O-Dub says so, that’s why.

I don’t buy the NOW position. She could have as easily said the same thing about any number of white murderers and it wouldn’t have been racist. Unless she actually used the words “Go Back to Africa,” this is just weak.
