I just don’t get it.
Romney has been paddling furiously for months, but his boat is dead in the water, near the bottom of all the GOP polls around to now. And yet he keeps getting HUGE donations coming in.
Who does he know, and what has he promised them?

Which is ironic, considering that Thompson is not exactly a doctrinaire conservative either. He and McCain have pretty much the same views and always voted together in the Senate.
The only difference between Thompson and McCain, from the perspective of conservatives, is that Thompson is a team player. McCain is a maverick. Which is why a guy like Ben Nelson or Robert Byrd can be okay to Democrats, but not Joe Lieberman.

What kind of logic is that? Because I happened to pay attention to one of Ollie’s numerous lies and debunked it .. it’s just “one of them.” Wow … I think if this was a conservative or a sane-thinking person, you would have a different reax.
